Our Firm

The Payne Law Group was established by father and son duo, L. Howard Payne, Esq. and David W. Payne, Esq. in December of 2005. Today, the firm is a compilation of eighteen individuals who work together synergistically in various roles in order to serve the needs of each client we encounter. Our team includes front office staff, estate planning paralegals, probate paralegals, document drafters, administrative support, accounting, and facilities staff, who all play a critical role in our day-to-day operations. From the time you walk through our doors, you will learn that we are a team of professionals who understand and practice strict confidentiality.

We get along well with one another, thus establishing our unique ‘work family’ approach. You may even hear laughter filter throughout the office during our workday.
